Great time, easy booking
Booked a swim-up room at Desire Riviera Maya. It was clean and fun. Food was good. No problems with check-in. Had a great time. Would go again.
Good resort, minor issues
We just returned from Desire Riviera Maya Pearl Resort. Overall, it was a really good trip. The oceanfront suite was lovely, very clean, and the private jacuzzi was a nice touch. Gourmet dining was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive. My only real gripe was the check-in process; it felt a bit disorganized, and we had to wait longer than expected for our room to be ready. Delivery of our luggage to the room was also a bit slow. Still, a solid vacation for couples.
